RCS can strive to adhere more faithfully to a client centered approach while working to enhance our mental health service effectiveness by seeking regular feedback from the persons we serve. Beginning in 2016 we are giving our clients the opportunity to fill out surveys, on an annual basis, to rate our services, facilities, and our clinicians.
